Singleton representing chat command manager. Can be accessed through Eternus.CommandService.
Registers a chat command to a function. When the command is called, it can be followed by any number of arguments. These arguments are passed to the script as strings.
|string||The command to be entered. If the name does not begin with a “/” then one will be inserted.|
|string||The name of the function to be called in the game state script.|
|bool||Whether the function was successfully bound or not.|
